One private, organized place for the documents, accounts, and instructions your family would otherwise piece together in a hard week, kept alongside the stories, photos, and voice worth keeping.
Not open to the public yet. We'll email you when it's your turn, nothing else.
The problem
When a parent dies or can no longer speak for themselves, the search begins. Medical history, insurance policies, account logins, the passcode to the phone, what they wanted for the service: all of it scattered across drawers, inboxes, advisors, and relatives who each hold a single piece.
The recipes, the photographs, the stories, the sound of their voice (the things no one can replace) are the hardest to find of all, because no one wrote down where they were.
What it does
Keep what can't be replaced: stories, photographs, voices, recipes, and family history. Saved in your own words, while you're here to tell them.
One Legacy Plan, eight parts: personal information, medical history, financial accounts, property, insurance, business succession, legal documents, and final wishes. In one structured place instead of ten.
You decide who sees what. Access is set person by person, and nothing opens until you say so.
The right things reach the right people. Messages and materials are released to the people you choose, at the moment they're meant for.

How access works
This is a place for your family's most sensitive information, so control isn't a setting on the side. It's the foundation.
Every item enforces its own permissions in the system itself, not just on the screen you happen to see. Someone who isn't allowed to open something simply can't.
You name the people you trust and give each one a role. Some can view, some can help manage, and most can see nothing at all until it's meant for them.
Nothing hands over instantly. A waiting period runs first, you're notified, and you can stop it, so a wrong trigger never becomes an irreversible mistake.
As long as you're here to say so, the final word is yours. A release in progress can be paused or cancelled.
For advisors and institutions
Banks, wealth advisors, and senior living operators can offer The Legacy Index as a calm, private place for the families in their care to organize what matters. If you'd like to see how it could work for the people you serve, request a demo.
We're not open to the public yet. But you can look around and see exactly what we're building. We're opening access in stages and launching in Q3 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when your spot is ready.
