What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account and profile will be permanently removed from The Legacy Index.
- Content you uploaded that is stored in your private vault will be deleted.
- Content you have shared with family members may remain in their accounts.
- Your family network memberships and relationships will be removed.
- Scheduled releases and time-capsule messages you created will be cancelled.
- Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before full purge.
- This action cannot be undone.
Before You Go
If you're concerned about privacy, you can adjust your settings instead of deleting. If you're having trouble with the platform or a family situation, we'd love to help. If you're pausing on legacy content — your data will still be here when you're ready.
